If your product is defective in any way, please contact us at 845-774-9771 for a Return Authorization Number (RA).  If an item was ordered incorrectly, there will be a 25% restocking charge.

There is a no return policy on electrical components.  When ordering electrical components, please take extra care to ensure you're ordering the correct parts for your particular machine.

If you have any questions regarding your items feel free to call us before ordering to verify the accuracy.  When returning an order, please include the RA# on the outside of the box.

If your product has been damaged in shipping, please retain the original shipping container and contact the shipping agent.
