New Equipment

Chris' knowledge of screen printing and screen making equipment is so deep and diverse that he is always our first phone call on any equipment issue. Chris and I have worked together since the early 1990's and his support is always top notch on projects both big and small. I can always count on Chris to represent Aim well when he is interacting with the staff at companies where we take advantage of his services.

In 2016 we purchased a used Harlacher coater from a screen printing auction. We had no idea how to fire this bad boy up, or get it running. I was recommended to Chris LaGoy by a colleague.

Chris was able to help us diagnose simple issues over the phone, he was always available for a quick chat, with even the simplest of questions. Chris had no reason to help us, let alone call us back multiple times over mundane issues. Yet time and time again, he came through, and gave us time with no benefit to himself, aside from helping a potential customer.

He was also able to source, and ship parts for this machine quickly, which was great having a one-stop shop of technician and parts store for these machines.

Prepress Resources is top notch. Mr. LaGoy is second to none in Customer Satisfaction and Service. Whenever our organization is in a pinch or has a machine down, Chris is either on the phone troubleshooting or on a plane to get here to minimize our down time.

Prepress Resources has been our only resource for stretching and coating equipment for over 15 years. We rely on Chris' technical expertise to maintain and repair our equipment and his knowledgeable and prompt service is second to none.
